The weld quality and Stainless Steel wire used in our workshop is as close as possible to the manufacturer's original standard of quality. NOW AN AUTHORISED REPAIR CENTRE FOR CHAINEX AND NIROFLEX

We are proud to announce that Metal Apparel Repairs and Sales has been appointed an Authorised Repair Centre for both Chainex and Niroflex. This recognition comes directly from the manufacturers and confirms that our welding, materials and workmanship meet the standards they set for their own garments.
 
Importantly, this does not change what we repair. MARS continues to repair every brand and every type of mesh PPE. The authorisation simply means that Chainex and Niroflex garments are now serviced by a workshop formally endorsed by those manufacturers, giving their customers added assurance that a repaired garment is returned to original specification.

We are proud to have a superb reputation of quality repairs, quality welding, hardware and band attachment techniques. If a garment is sent to us for repair, you can be assured that the very same garment will be returned to you in an affordable refurbished condition, safe and ready to use.
 
We only use AISI 316 Stainless Steel rings, with butt fusion welds on purpose designed and built weld machines. This is the same weld process used in original manufacture and we are the only Australian repairer to employ this technique. Our weld points will not corrode or bulge, and provide a smooth surface on all individually welded rings. This is why we are the only Mesh repairer in Australia to maintain an original fit and dexterity on our repaired mesh garments. It is also a large part of why Chainex and Niroflex have authorised our workshop to repair their garments.
