All Shipments from marssafety.com.au are sent via Australia Post. You will be offered Standard, Express or Signature delivery options at checkout. Bulk orders and large carton shipments will attract an additional shipping charge. Shipping times will vary according to Australia Post delivery times. Dispatch from our warehouse will occur on the same business day for most orders, or next business day if placed after 4pm EST. Some stock items may take longer to ship due to availability, though you will be notified on or before the next business day if your order is affected.
Our Webshop ships to Australia only and pricing is in AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS (AUD$).
Goods and Services Tax (GST)
We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within Australia. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.

Returns and Refunds
Permission to Return for Credit
We will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and only when notification is within 7 days of your receipt. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and for the return of the item to our premises in a saleable condition. We will issue a credit to your account or refund a Credit Card less a 15% restocking fee for the cost of goods being returned only. No shipping costs will be credited or refunded.
No refunds will be offered unless the order HAS NOT been processed and shipped from our warehouse.
We understand mistakes do happen and we ask you to make every effort to contact us by phone before 12pm the next business day following any incorrect orders. Unfortunately order cancellations can only be accepted if your order has not been shipped from our warehouse, and in most cases such cancellations will be accepted with a full refund. Requesting an order cancellation by email is not recommended due to the unreliabilty of email communication.
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. Please contact us within 48 hrs of recieving any incorrect or damaged goods. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. We will cover any costs associated with returning an item due to our error, and will arrange for the correct items to be sent to you.
